Manhattan: |
| 1. At the "Queens Midtown Tunnel" ramp go East for 700 feet
|
| 2. Continue on I-495 and go East for 1.3 miles |
3. Exit I-495 via ramp at sign reading "21 St to Van Alst Ave / Long Island City/Queens Midtown
Tunnel / Astoria and go East for 600 feet |
| 4. Continue on 21st Street and go North for 0.2 miles |
| 5. Turn right on Jackson Avenue, RT-25A and go Northeast for 0.3 miles, just past the court house |
6. Turn right on Thompson Ave. and TSC is located on your immediate left, metered and municipal
parking are available |

The Bronx: |
| 1. From Cross Bronx Expressway
|
2. Turn right on ramp at sign reading "Exit 4A I-895 South Sheridan Expwy to Triboro BR" and go
South for 0.2 miles |
| 3. Bear right on I-895, Sheridan Expwy and go Southwest for 1.5 miles |
| 4. Continue on I-278, Bruckner Expwy and go Southwest for 1.3 miles |
| 5. Continue on ramp at sign reading "I-278 West to Triboro BR/FDR Drive/Grand Central Parkway" and go Southwest for 0.3 miles |
| 6. Continue on I-278 and go South for 2.4 miles |
| 7. Bear right on ramp at sign "Exit 3 Hoyt Avenue" and go Southeast for about 400 feet ft. |
| 8. Bear left on Hoyt Avenue South and go Southwest for 1.6 miles |
| 9. Turn right on 31st Street and go Southwest for 1.6 miles |
| 10. Continue on RT-25A and go Southwest for 0.6 miles, just before the court house |
11.
Turn left on Thompson Ave. and TSC is located on your immediate left, metered and municipal
parking are available |

Brooklyn: |
| 1. From Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-287 East) (traveling Northeast)

| 2. Take "Exit 33 Humboldt St. to McGuiness Blvd." |
| 3. Upon exsiting, go through the light baring slightly left under the highway and continue straight onto Humboldt Street which turns into McGuiness Blvd. |
| 4. Take McGuiness Blvd. until you go over the Pulaski Bridge |
| 5. Make a right turn at the light once you have come over the bridge onto Jackson Avenue (RT- 25A) and go Northeast for 0.4 miles, just past the court house. |
| 6. Turn right on Thompson Ave. and TSC is located on your immediate left, metered and municpal parking are available |
| From
Staten Island: |
| 1.
Take Verrazano Bridge to Brooklyn Queens Expressway |
| 2.
From Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-287 East) (traveling Northeast) |
| 3.
Take "Exit 33 Humboldt St. to McGuiness Blvd." |
| 4.
Upon exiting, go through the light baring slightly left under the
highway and continue straight onto Humboldt Street which turns into
McGuiness Blvd. |
| 5.
Take McGuiness Blvd. until you go over the Pulaski Bridge |

the 59th Street Bridge: |
| 1.
Take
the Jackson Ave. exit |
| 2.
Turn right on Jackson Ave. and make a left on to Thompson Ave. and
TSC is located on your immediate left, metered and municpal parking
are available |
| From
Long Island: |
| 1.
Take the Long Island EXWY/I-495 West toward the Midtown Tunnel. |
| 2.
Take Exit 15, Van Dam Street (last exit before the tunnel).
Upon exiting the LIE, stay to the right on the service road. |
| 3.
At the first light, make a right onto Van Dam Street North. |
| 4.
Go straight down Van Dam St. for approximately half a mile (5 lights).

| 5.
At the fifth light (right before the underpass), make a left onto
Thomson Avenue. |
| 6.
Go straight on Thomson Avenue (stay to the left to avoid traffic
entering QueensBoro Bridge). |
| 7.
Continue straight on Thomson Avenue, past the entrances for the
QueensBoro Bridge. Just past the entrance to the bridge, will be
a traffic light (Located on the corner of Thomson Avenue and 44
Drive) and a blue sign for the "Municipal Parking Lot." |
| 8.
Going through this traffic light. TSC's training facility will located
to your immediate right (metered parking available). |
| 9.
To access the Municipal Parking Lot, make the first possible sharp
left after the traffic light on the corner of Thomson Avenue and
44 Drive. |

New Jersey: |
| Please
refer to directions from either Manhattan or Staten Island depending
on your point of origin. |

Subway : |
| From
42nd Street (Times Square) take the #7 train to 45th Road (Courthouse
Square) and then walk one block east. |
