TSC, Total Safety Consulting, has been invited to participate in the 22nd Annual Mid-Atlantic Safety and Loss Control Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey, April 25-27.

At this professional development conference, Mr. Albert Rivera, Safety and Loss Control Consultant and Scaffold Safety Trainer for TSC, will provide scaffold safety training to conference attendees.

As per Chapter 9 of the Rules of the City of New York, as of May 1, 2001, individuals working on or operating suspension scaffolds must have completed a training program provided by a recognized scaffold safety training course provider. TSC is one of the few training providers that have received approval by the NYC Department of Buildings, Cranes and Derricks Division, as a Scaffold Safety Training and Challenge Exam Provider.

Albert Rivera has in excess of 12 years experience in safety management and construction supervision primarily with restoration projects. He is a licensed Site Safety Manager and has completed several construction health and safety training programs. He maintains memberships with the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Scaffold Industry Association. Mr. Rivera is a certified scaffold safety instructor.
