PROJECT OVERVIEW

TSC provided Loss Control Engineering services to the following BTEA 2002 Safety Excellence award winners: Whitehall Ferry, Winter Garden Restoration, Wasserman Infrastructure and HRH's Corporate Safety System. Several of our other projects were nominated for the BTEA award.

TSC has provided Loss Control Engineering and Management Services to the most successful Owner Controlled Insurance Programs, major high rise construction projects in Manhattan, including Trump Hudson, the Reuters Building at 3 Times Square, Goldman Sachs, and One Bryant Park.

TSC is currently providing loss control engineering and safety program management for a multitude of complex major buildings and structures with complex systems and infrastructures including the new Office of the City Medical Examiner, Westchester Medical Center, Indian Point Nuclear Facility Building Addition, Verizon Reconstruction of 140 West Street, MSK Breast Imaging Center, Lincoln Center, and St. Francis Hospital.

TSC has and continues to provide loss control engineering services to tunnel and underground projects such as East Side access, Wall St. Station, Bowling Green Station, Fulton St. Station, JFK Light Rail and various other MTA Capital Improvement Program Projects.

TSC has provided miscellaneous services for wastewater treatment facilities and water supply projects. Services have included developing HASPs for contracts at Jamaica, Coney Island and Newtown Creek, providing a Safety Professional and Safety Representative for the Demolition of Shaft 21 and a Safety Professional at Kensico Flow Control Modification.

TSC has provided consulting for major roadway projects such as Phase III I-287 reconstruction and road work at Kennedy Airport.

TSC has developed hundreds of site specific Health and Safety Programs for schools under capital construction for the NYC School Construction Authority and the NYC Department of Design and Construction.

TSC has developed public protection plans for over 1500 public and private projects.

TSC has and is currently being utilized as a third-party consultant for loss control by the major insurance carriers and brokers.
