Peter began his career as a professional fire fighter and emergency medical technician (EMT). Throughout the course of his career Peter has physically put construction material in place, responded to construction emergencies, evaluated buildings for public/worker safety and helped plan major construction projects around NYC. Peter’s work has been featured in the AGC Cornerstone, where he has written about Local Law 196 in the Spring 2018 edition, Tenant Protection Plans in the Winter 2018 edition, and Competent Persons in the Spring 2019 edition.
