STA partners with TSC to host ‘Build New York Better’ Series

The Subcontractors Trade Association (STA) announces collaboration with Total Safety Consulting, LLC. (TSC) to host ‘Build New York Better’ Educational workshops and offers its members additional Discounts on Services

The STA has entered into a collaborative agreement with Total Safety Consulting, LLC. (TSC) to provide the presentation content, collateral tools, resources, and informational materials for the Educational Workshop Series; and is aimed at fostering common goals between the organizations to provide the construction industry with beneficial tools and resources they have come to expect as STA members and clients of TSC. We are excited to attend their upcoming events.

The STA and TSC recognize the importance of the active participation of young professionals in the industry. That’s why TSC as joined the STA’s Young Professionals Committee as well.

The Subcontractors Trade Association (STA) is New York’s leading association of union subcontractors. STA proactively advocates for its members to improve and enhance their economic position in New York’s complex and changing construction industry. STA members, “Build New York Better” and can connect to the people, projects and programs that grow their business. The STA represents its members in dealing with public agencies, authorities and private developers. STA’s philosophy centers on dispute resolution without the need for litigation, and the Association has served its members for over 50 years in this area.

TSC and its affiliated companies are focused on construction safety by providing the construction industry with jobsite safety consulting, professional safety personnel, safety supplies and equipment and a full curriculum of over 75+ construction safety/general safety training classes.

Safety Supplies Unlimited, LLC. (SSU) an affiliated company of TSC will provide a 10% discount for all products and services to all STA members. TSC Training Academy (TSCTA) an affiliated company of TSC will offer a 15% discount to all STA members.

TSC safety personnel, Director of Field Operations, John Connolly and Director of Plans & Logistics, Peter Simon are industry experts that offered guidance, suggestions and professional direction at the first educational workshop in the Breakfast Series themed, “Spotlight on Local Law 196 / OSHA Silica Standard Rule” on May 22nd at The Cohn Reznick, LLP. building located at 1301 6th Avenue, New York, NY 10019 from 8:00 AM-11:00 AM EST.
